A Better Way to Look at the Rest of 2025


Hey there, Reader!

We’re halfway through the year. July 2nd was the official midway point of 2025.

If you're anything like me, it’s tempting to look back and count all the things that haven’t happened yet. It’s easy to dwell on the goals that haven’t been reached and the plans that got off course.

Instead of spiraling into self-judgment or trying to “catch up,” I want to offer something different.

It's a recalibration, a chance to ask better questions.

This week on the podcast, I’m sharing this midyear check-in, and it’s focused on who I want to become.

It’s a short, reflective episode to help you zoom out and recalibrate.

This is super simple.

The questions to ask yourself are:

🦋 Who do you want to be by the end of this year?

🦋 How do you want to feel?

Once you figure that out, let it guide what comes next.

The rest of this year doesn’t have to be based on how the first half of the year went.

It doesn’t have to be dictated by who you were at the beginning of the year and what you thought you wanted.

And it definitely doesn’t have to play out according to what worked for someone else.

Take a step back and loosen your grip. Consider who you want to become and how you want to feel.
